marshall speaker effective air conditioning sky train water waste wifi login hallway noise
the room featured a marshall speaker (a nice touch!). the air conditioning worked very effectively. i also appreciated that the hotel was close to the sky train at the national stadium.
hot water took several minutes to come on, which i found wasteful. the wifi required a separate login screen and it didn't always appear (annoying). hallway noise woke me up during the night.

the king room had stylish sitting area and furnishings it was beautiful. the staff was helpful during my time there. i found this hotel clean and i appreciated the great location it offered.
i experienced a delay with hot water it took a few minutes to come on.

I really loved this place. the location was super convenient. It's just a short walk to the bts station! the staff helped me arrange a taxi to the airport. That was a great help. the room was spacious and well maintained. It had everything i needed.
the furniture seemed a bit worn, though it did not affect my comfort! at all

the staff were helpful! they quickly brought our luggage to the room as we checked in. the lady at the front desk gave us flight details and advised us about the best time to leave for the airport on departure day. the air conditioning was excellent. the shower flow and temperature worked great. it was a good stay.
the room furniture seemed a bit worn. but the overall comfort was not affected.

great location helpful staff decorated room bed choice pool access shower absence
the location was great. it was easy to get around. the staff was super nice and helpful, that i appreciated. my room was lovely and well decorated.
i was not allowed to use the pool after checking out, disappointing. there was no shower provided after using the pool either.
